2011 has been quite a year. We have seen a lot of enhancements in the SAP ERP HCM area with SAP enhancement package 5 and 2012 is sure to be equally as exciting with the SuccessFactors acquisition and with the release of SAP enhancement package 6.

I recently had a converastion with Jeremy Masters, Managing Partner at Worklogix author of 4 SAP PRESS books on HR, including Performance Management, Compensation Management, ESS/MSS, and E-Recruiting, and well known speaker at SAPinsider’s annual HR conference, to recap all that happened in 2011 and to take a quick look ahead to 2012.
