Danielle Larocca is an executive in the areas of HR (Human Resources) and IS (Information Systems). She has served as the vice president of HRIS at one of the largest employers in the world managing the Americas division.

Danielle is recognized as the leading expert in the United States for SAP HR and Payroll reporting.

Danielle's HR experience includes her senior leadership role in workforce analytics, employee relations, diversity, training, recruitment, HR compliance (legal), talent management, business ethics, employment law, communications, talent management, and succession planning. On the IT side, Danielle has senior leadership experience in implementing SAP HR ERP and third-party technology solutions for small and large organizations with more than 20 years of proven management experience, strategic decision making, and results-oriented behavior.

Currently working as the Director of Operations, for the North American arm of SpinifexIT a business process improvement software company she resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.  She is the author of four best-selling computer books on SAP and speaks at conferences and seminars throughout the US on topics including human resources, technology, change management, and leadership.
