Creating an account is quick and easy. Click on either of the “Join” buttons on the homepage.
You will be asked to provide basic contact and profile information, including creation of a custom URL for your account. Once you complete the profile, you can begin building your highly customized profile with any photos, videos or blog posts you would like to contribute, connect with colleagues, and start accessing the hundreds of informational articles, blogs, forums, groups and white papers available to you.
Click "Forgot your Password?” then enter your email address.
Login and go to "MyHomepage". Then select "Profile" on the right hand navigation bar and you will see "Manage Account". From there you can change your password and/or email address.
On the right-hand side of your Homepage, go to the “Navigation” column. Click on “Edit Profile” to access and change any of your profile settings.
When you are finished, click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
On the right-hand Navigation column of your Homepage, click on “Change Profile Photo.”
Choose “Upload Photos,”
Browse for the new photo you wish to upload, and click on “Start Upload.”
Once the picture has finished uploading, name the photo if you wish, and then click on the “Finished” Button.
Then, select the new photo and click on the “Select Photo” button and it will be set as your new profile picture.
Please note the following about your photo uploads: Max upload size: 2MB Allowed photo types: .jpg, .gif
In the right-hand Navigation column of your homepage, click on “Messages” > “Create New Message.”
This will bring up a blank message form. Select the “+” symbol in the “To:” column to select your recipient and send your message.
You must be colleagues with someone in order to message them.
On the left-hand “Explore the Network” column of your Homepage, click on the “People” icon.
This will bring you to a page where you can search for a colleague and click on his or her profile.
Once in the profile, select the “Add to Colleagues” icon on the right-hand side of their profile page.
An email will be sent to that person asking him or her to approve your request.
You can also use the Search bar at the top right-hand side of every page to find colleagues. Simply change the drop-down from “All” to “People.”
From the homepage, click the "Invite a Colleague" button on the right hand side.
Podcasts are not available for download at the moment.
In the left-hand “Explore the Network” column of the Homepage, click on the “Forums” icon.
Scroll down to find the most recent questions and answers, or pull down the “Forum Index” bar at the top to search in or read threads in a specific category.
Click the "Post Reply" button which can be found at the top & bottom of each forum thread
Note: You must be logged in to post in a forum.
We host about 4-5 live Q&As a month which feature SAP experts and industry leaders. This is a great opportunity to ask your most critical SAP questions on a variety of hot topics.
There is no audio requirement for any of our live Q&As. To participate, simply login and go to the appropriate Q&A forum thread.
All Q&A download materials can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received after registering for the live Q&A. If you have any difficulty finding your download, contact customer@wispubs.com
All groups are free to join. From the left-hand navigation, "Explore the Network", click "Groups" to browse all groups.
To become a member of a group, click "Join This Group" on the right hand side.
Go to the group page and click "Contact Group Owner" then enter your message.
You can connect with us by clicking on the Twitter, Facebook, & LinkedIn icons found on the right hand side of any page on Insider Learning Network.
You can share content to Facebook & Twitter by clicking on the "share" or "tweet" button at the bottom of each blog or article.
Go to the user's profile and click on “Block Member” on the right-hand side of the profile.
There are several ways to report inappropriate comments or behavior. If you are on a group page or a blog you may report the group or blog by accessing the “Report Group” icon in the “Group Links” bar on the right-hand side of the page.
