Hi There,


I'm working on Performance management authorizations topic, and I came accross the following issue.


 


Is it possible to store job descriptions and make main parts of these visible on the appraisal documents.


Is it possible to pull the development plans out of the performance management document to interface it into another system.

Hi Erick,


Yes, you can pull job descriptions into an appraisal form. there are several ways to do this (some more custom than others), but you should explore using the BAdI for Fixed Enhancement (HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX)... You could also explore trying to link out to a site, or document internally that has these definitions. The plus on this is that if these definitions change, you only have to update the content on the Word document or PDF, rather than having to  update your appraisal document in Production.


As far development plans, yes you can certainly pull development plans out of the system but you need to build it via a custom ABAP program to extract it. Cool
