Hello ,

We have ECC and CRM , client require to have only employees to replicate to CRM .

The required configuration settings is made between ECC and CRM.

I have compared data formats in ECC and CRM in tables V_TSAD3HR and V_TB027HR. Also maintained Maintain Name Formatting Rules SA13 in ECC/CRM. Maintained similar Marital Statuses between ECC / CRM

After that when ever I try to transfer an Employee record from ECC to CRM by running ECC tcode PFAL,But when check in Tcode : BP could not find employee.

IDOC is posting in CRM
No Contact person is Creating
IDOC status record 53 is showing the Application Document Posted
Application Log Tcode SLG1 : shows green - no error.

Appreciate if i could be provided guidance for a solution ..

I'm in missing anything here in config
