Contact Person replication from ECC to CRM

Hello CRM Experts,

Our client requirement is to have contact persons for customers to be replicated to CRM and when a new account with a new contact person is created in CRM , it should replicate back to ECC.

Please suggest how to configure this requirement in ECC and CRM.
