HR2013 -- My sessions I will be at the HR2013. I will be presenting Guidelines and best practices for creating a world-class appraisal application.

I have not prepared the presentation yet. If you are an existing HCM PM customer, I would like to know what your pain points were, what you missed during the implementation and if you have re-do all over again, how you would do it.

If you implemented HCM PM as a cloud solution, do leave your comments on your integration experience.

I will be discussing how you can design and prepare a global template, that can be used for globa roll-outs, as well for customers with singular presence. I am also planning to touch, how you can integrate the cloud solution with on-premise SAP HCM. Yes, you can expect to see peek into SF PM offering.

Love to hear from you. Once, I complete preparing the presentation, I shall post the agenda in this forum.
